What is Web Hosting (Hosting)?
When a hosting provider allocates space on a web server for a website to store its files, they are hosting a website. Web hosting makes the files that comprise a website (code, images, etc.) available for viewing online. Every website you’ve ever visited is hosted on a server.
The amount of space allocated on a server to a website depends on the type of hosting. The main types of hosting are shared, dedicated, VPS and reseller. They are differentiated by the kind of technology used for the server, the level of management provided and the additional services on offer.
What is CloudLinux?
CloudLinux is an operating system that uses lightweight virtualization to improve the performance and stability of the server. Using some of the latest technology usually found in cloud environments, it brings some massive benefits to a regular hosting environment. In a shared web hosting environment, one web server is shared between a number of users. This means that all users on the server share access to the CPU/Processor, the Memory and the Hard Disks. In a shared environment, it was previously possible that one user could install a bad script or run some bad software (often unintentionally), make a coding/programming error or be responsible for some other mishap that could potentially severely slow down or even crash the server. This causes pain and downtime for all of the users on the server.
Which Hosting Product Should I Choose?
This depends on your need. We offer shared hosting. Meaning on our server the space is shared with our exsisting and new customers. We monitor the complete server as a whole as well as each account individually to ensure the highest security. We offer email hosting which is perfect for the client who needs emails only using their own, personalized domain name. We offer non-managed shared hosting for the client who wants to build their own website and we also offer a full service website with managed hosting included. We know everyone has different needs and we have tried to make it easy and affordable for everyone.
How are Hosting Prices Determined?
Our prices are determined based on the allocation of the server needed and time. Not rocket science... promise.
When will my hosting service be activated?
Website hosting starts the moment you pay for your services. In some instances, there may be some additional set-up required which may delay your hosting for an hour or two but we are working on these issues immediately to ensure we get your hosting ready right away.
Do I pay any hidden fees?
No. We are completely transparent. Everything you see is what you pay. If you need anything outside the scope of what is listed, there may be additional charges but we will always let you know and you can always choose to move forward or not with the add-ons.
I want to transfer my website to you. Do you do this?
We will gladly transfer a website to our hosting for you if possible.
What is free SSL?
Each on of our websites includes a free SLL certificate. SSL Certificates are a standardized form of encryption for websites. They are mostly used to secure credit card transactions, logins, and data transfer, but are becoming increasingly commonplace on social media sites as well.
Using an SSL also means data is secure between servers and could even help your Google SEO ranking. Google rewards sites that are more secure.
info@example.com Can I get an email address like this?

Do you perform the backup operation?
Our server is backed up daily for security purposes only. Individual backups can be done through your cPanel account and are done at your convenience.
What are security precautions?
A cybersecurity threat amounts to any type of unlawful attempt to access private data, damage information, or disrupt digital operations. The reasons for these attacks are mainly for monetary gain, but sometimes you’re targeted just because Black Hat hackers can (for a blast).
Here are a could of the main security issues.
• Malware is a cyber danger that everyone knows about by now. Malicious software infects your systems when you inadvertently open a door for it, such as clicking on a suspect link or attachment. Harmful software or spyware can steal your personal information.
• Called Man in the Middle (MITM), this criminal activity happens when hackers manage to squeeze their way in between two endpoints, intercepting the data exchange. This lets them install malicious software, filter the information, and steal what they want. It mainly happens when you use an unsecured WiFi network.
We do offer basic security on all our servers included in our hosting fees. Additional security for more peace of mind is available at additional charges.
